In our nature is a joyful silence which is healing.
It is also the strongest source to change, what we may wish to change and accept all that, which is out of our reach to change.
Though it is simple, it may be difficult, since we are mostly used to looking forward and asking outward rather than being present and seeking inward for the answers to our questions.
