There is a silence in everything,

If we seek it, we already seek from it.

Silence gives birth and dissolves everything.

The mind fears it and the soul loves it.

What we seek has already found us,

Still, we are searching,

and discovering,

it's right here.

What's more to seek? the mind asks longingly and anxiously,

while the body trembles,

and the soul dances,

and time stands still.

Gradually they all dissolve into silence,

just to be born again.
